David G. Hellmuth
is a founding partner of Hellmuth & Johnson, PLLC. Hellmuth concentrates his practice in the areas of community association law, with an emphasis in the representation of condominium and townhouse associations, builders, developers and other real estate organizations. Hellmuth also practices in the areas of real estate law and development, business and corporate law, creditor remedies and litigation.
Hellmuth is an active member of the Minnesota Chapter of the Community Association Institute ("CAI"), where he has served as President, Treasurer, and chairman of the CAI Legal Committee.
Over the past several years, Hellmuth has served the interests of a large number of community associations. As a volunteer attorney, he has assisted in the following activities concerning community associations:

- 1999, Seminar Presenter, CAI Spring Conference, 1999, Presented "Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act" as applied to association assessments.

Hellmuth obtained his juris doctorate degree and is a cum laude graduate of the William Mitchell College of Law. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Minnesota. A member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, the Hennepin County Bar Association and the American Bar Association, Hellmuth is licensed to practice law in the state and federal courts of Minnesota.
HELLMUTH & JOHNSON, PLLC currently represents more than two hundred and fifty (250) condominium, townhouse and cooperative associations throughout the state of Minnesota.
